1、 Before using peanut peeling machine, first check whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the rotating part is flexible, whether there is lubricating oil in each bearing and whether the peeling machine is placed stably. In order to ensure the safety of operators, the motor shell must also be grounded (the motor shell must be reliably connected with the grounding body with wires).
2、 Before power on, the peanut peeling machine shall be manually turned for several turns. If there is a collision sound, find out the cause and then power on.
3、 Appropriate screen shall be selected according to the size of peanut kernel.
4、 After power on, test run first and pay attention to whether the rotation direction of the rotor is correct. After the motor is started, the rotation direction of the rotor shall be consistent with the direction marked on the machine. First idle for a few minutes to observe whether there is abnormal noise. After the operation is normal and stable, the peanuts can be put into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously.
5、 There are also requirements for the degree of dryness and wetness of peanuts, that is, peanuts cannot be too dry or too wet. Too dry, high peanut crushing rate; If it is too wet, the shelling speed will slow down. In winter, peanuts stored in rural areas are generally dry. In order to make them dry and wet, the following methods can be adopted: spray about 15kg of warm water evenly on 100kg of peanuts, cover them with plastic film for about 10 hours, and then dry them in the sun for about 1 hour. In other seasons, it only takes about 6 hours to cover with plastic film, and the other operation methods are the same.
6、 The way to solve the increase of peanut shells is to move the motor downward in order to tension the fan belt and increase the blowing amount.
7、 During peeling, the peanut fruit shall be fed evenly and appropriately, and it is absolutely not allowed to mix iron filings, stones and other sundries, so as to prevent breaking the peanut kernel or causing mechanical accidents. When the peanut kernel is covered with the sieve surface, the outlet switch can be turned on.
8、 After peanut peeling machine is used and before storing the machine, the dust, dirt and other sundries on the surface of the machine shall be removed, and then the bearings of each part shall be cleaned with diesel oil. After drying, grease shall be applied, and the painted parts shall be painted again. After the paint is dry, the machine shall be covered and stored in a dry warehouse. The belt shall be removed and hung on the indoor wall that is not exposed to the sun.
