Each pod has 3-5 seeds, which are conical or triangular with dents, and the seed coat is mostly dark red.Dragon-type peanut varieties have strong drought resistance and barren resistance, and are suitable for planting in arid or flying sand areas, with a growth period of about 5 months. Its oil content is low, but it has a unique flavor as a food processing.
3. Pearl bean type
The variety is a continuous flowering type, the main stem flowers, early flowering, short and concentrated flowering. The plant type is erect, the branching is weak, there are few three branches, and the leaves are larger. The pods are cocoon-shaped or gourd-shaped, with a thin husk, containing two seeds, round or peach-shaped seeds, and pale red seed coat.Pearl bean type has the characteristics of compact plant type, concentrated fruit, plump grain, early maturity (more than 4 months of growth period), etc., the current planting area has increased.
4. Multi-grain type
The variety is a continuous flowering type, the main stem blooms, the plant is tall, the branches are few, the stem is stout, mostly purple-red, the leaves are large, the flowering period is long, and the flowering amount is large.The pods of this variety are beaded, the mouth is not obvious, the shell is thick, there are 3-4 seeds per fruit, the seeds are cylindrical or triangular, and the skin is purple-red.Multi-grain peanut varieties germinate quickly, emerge neatly, and the seedlings grow strong, but they are very early maturing, generally about 4 mature, and the results are concentrated and plump.
