4. The Sacha Inchi after the sauce classification is added to the shelling and sorting machine, and a dehulling and sorting process is carried out to remove the outer shell and middle shell of the Sacha Inchi, and remove the shell skin to obtain impurity-free with Inchi fruit with inner shell
5. Add the Inchi with inner shell into the vibrating cleaning grading sieve, and classify it according to the size of the inner shell of the Inchi;
6. Add the Inchi fruit with inner shell after classification to the shelling machine for secondary shelling treatment, take off the inner shell of the Inchi fruit, and remove the shell skin to obtain Inchi fruit kernels without impurities
